Location: Event will be held in-person in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. The final address will be shared with registrants closer to the event date.
Format: In Person workshop featuring a mix of lecture, group and breakout discussion.
Learning Outcomes: Through this workshop, participants will:
Recognize their reactive patterns when faced with change and adversity in their own business specific context
Learn and practice strategies to recover (themselves and their team) when challenged by change
Identify more productive thinking and behavior patterns of engaging with change
Learn the key leadership competencies necessary to become proactive change navigators
Apply this learning to a current challenging scenario in your business and outline a list of next steps
